5. Racial slurs and use of racial slurs to harass will be grounds for a warning. Repeated violation will result in a banning. Some racial slurs are used in slang and should be taken with a grain of salt, this is up to the determination of the moderators.

How does 'fag' and the likes work? I'm gay and don't mind seeing the word when people are just goofing off, but if someone were to attack me and call me a fag and make other slurs, would they face the ban hammer?

I'd agree. However, this can vary based on the network set up, and IP assignments. But I doubt most in the adult industry, except the bigger BROgrams, have this type of set up.
