Cease and Desist letters, forged documents
 

Just some examples.... These titles are being sold with out the permission of the license holders. They are selling more studios than just mine with out there permission. This company has been notified (cease and desists) that they are selling titles with out the studios permission. They still continue to try and sell these titles. Any one purchasing the titles from them will also be at risk for legal action. Sorry guys too good to be true usually is. Feel free to contact any of the studio owners if you are ever in doubt.

If it ever has a smudged out logo or cut off logo, its probably not legal. I Don't think a logo being blacked out screams Im legal, looks more like Im trying to hide something. If it has a striped yellow and black top boarder it is not legal. If it is ever mosaic or pixilated its almost always not legally licensed content.

I've been trying to refrain myself from posting on the boards, because that's what we pay our legal team for. However, this blatant slander against myself and my company is so out of control that I feel the need to educate those who seem to be slightly ignorant of copyright and piracy laws.

Posting a cease and desist letter that was sent to my company almost a year ago does not prove that we are selling illegal licenses. We have the proper contracts verifying the legitimacy of the sublicensing rights, which we provided upon receiving the C&D. That is probably why there hasn't been any lawsuits against myself or my company?

You are posting a C&D publicly and claiming that the C&D is proof that my company is selling illegal rights and that we are pirates. I would do a little more due diligence and try to have some hard core proof before publicly accusing myself or my company of piracy. I don't think a judge would consider a C&D hard evidence that we are selling licenses illegally.

What killed me so much about the C&D letter, was that it was sent based upon a general post mentioning that we had just gotten in hentai dvds available for licensing. This was before we even got a chance to scan the boxcovers and put up the titles..as a matter of fact I didn't mention any titles or studio names in that post. Based upon a general post about licensing hentai DVDs your company sent a cease and desist for specific titles before we even got a chance to inventory and list the titles.

Of the 36 titles that were listed in the C&D, there were maybe less than 10 out of 200 hentai dvds that we have sublicensing rights for listed in the C&D. We proved through our contracts to your lawyers that we have the rights to the few hentai dvds in question. What you are claiming in this thread that not only are the handful of titles in question proven to be illegal..but all the hentai titles not included in the cease and desist are also being illegally licensed by my company?

Lol, im pretty sure they will be sending me a cease and desist. A webmaster that wants to use their own 3 minute hentaii clips, is uploading them to oneclicktube to embed them on his sites. Although they offer those videos to their affiliates, they now want them gone and keep sending me dcma's after i replied to tom (fucking dumbass).
