Need Script / Programmer
 

Ok, here is the project.

I need a script that will authenticate a prepaid access card so
that I can upload a huge amount of 16-digit pin numbers into a database, along
with a common password.

When a user who has a valid pin number and password enters into
a login screen, he will see a return page that says you have "xx" minutes
remaining on your account.

I have a program like this now, but I want to replace/update it.
So I do have a working model to show somebody.

We've done that before, it's really just a very small addon for Strongbox.
