Getting an L.L.C. in Vegas? whats involved, how long?
 

ok fellow GFY'ers... i'm going to be in Vegas soon and was thinking about going ahead and getting an L.L.C. set up for our small (but powerful!) paysite, can any here give us some info about what will be involved in getting one, and where we have to start? we currently operate off of a garden-variety DBA, is it easy and painless to get an L.L.C. set up? time consuming? thx for any advise here brethren..!
