It's a very sweet gamey and fatty meat. Good for sausage, I don't personally like it much for anything else.

Horse is nice, very lean, tasty meat. Austrich is better though.

i found a shop with antilope, kangaroo and aligator meat, guess ill have to try some of it

Can't say that I have. I did have Buffalo and Ostrich though. :thumbsup
