Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a designer that can excel in the following:

1. Designing Logos and Sites
2. Designing Banners
3. Airbrushing and enhancing photos

Designers has to be from overseas such as Philippines, India, and ....
If anyone knows someone that can fulfill my design needs please post their contact info; much appreciate it!

PS: I'm not looking for design companies. I need a designer that can work for me as an employee with a specific budget.
