Yes, stayed there a few times. I think it is top notch, next to the Mirage + both of these are located at the end of the strip. If you are renting a car, you want to stay at the end of the strip because the traffic is horrendous on the strip.. If you do make reservations, be sure to book a top floor room facing downtown or down the strip, it is awesome at night. :thumbsup
Do not book a room facing Freemont street area. :2 cents:

We love the Mirage too. I would have to say, the pool at the Mirage is the bomb and they serve up some awesome poolside drinks.
If I had to stay in Vegas, these are the 2 places I would stay :2 cents:

We stayed at TI for the AVN show a year a go and found it to be very nice and if you like sushi I highly recommend their restaurant there.

kristin 02-24-2010 02:41 PM

Bah, I don't like TI. Stay at the Wynn, it's super close and way better.

fuzebox 02-24-2010 02:53 PM

Nothing wrong with it. If you're used to staying at places like Mandalay or Wynn then just spring for a bigger suite... Even the crappiest casinos have nice suites available.

Wizzo 02-24-2010 03:09 PM

I've never stayed there, but had some good success in their casino which is also MILF central! :pimp

Dugan 02-24-2010 03:11 PM

TI's pool kinda sucks...weird place for a beach party

I think I have been spoiled over the years with Vegas shows and such staying at the better hotels the thing is there will be like 9 or so people for the bachelor party and messed up if I went my own way and stayed at diff hotel lolol
I already empasized that vegas Bach party isn't cheap and people that can't spend the green then they hve the secondary party in NY which will be smaller
what did I get myself into lolol

Semi-Retired-Dave 02-24-2010 08:26 PM

I drove by it and saw a bunch of adults fighting on a burning ship out front.

MarcFromTheDarc 02-24-2010 08:31 PM

I head it's a blast...

marketsmart 02-24-2010 09:52 PM

poor people stay at Treasure Island,.... :2 cents:

and POOR as in POOR, BROKE, DESTITUTE, etc...

not someone who is visiting Vegas for the first time and just made a mistake...

stickyfingerz 02-24-2010 10:00 PM

A former band mate of mine now owns one of the biggest concert rigging companies in the world. He's from Atlanta.

He was here in 2009 for a stage lighting and sound convention and stayed there. He called me when he got into town. CM and I met him and his wife at Treasure Island where they were staying.

The room was very nice. And we partied at the Christian Audigier club right there at Treasure Island.

It was a pretty nice place. Had never been there before. So I think you'll be fine having the bachelor party there. Let me know when you're in town and we'll get together and hit some local dives.

Supz 02-24-2010 10:54 PM

ive stayed there. not bad at all.

hehehe tbh man its a big clusterfuck.... I have been to Vegas at least over 10x and giving my suggestions on whats good and so on ....

But the issue here is that its like 9 people... non industry... so we are talking married peeps with 9-5 jobs and the usual BS... there will be 2 bachelor parties one in Vegas and one in NYC.... reason being the Vegas one will cost $$$ and i made that clear thus the secondary one in NYC for people that didnt have budget or means for Vegas...

Robbie its one clusterfuck ... the groom is one of my oldest friends and we have been going back n forth and we are now definately changing it to a better hotel

CarlosTheGaucho 02-25-2010 11:26 AM

You can also also order a bukkake party if you're booking through Expedia, just put in a coupon code "bukkake"

Bomber8888 02-25-2010 01:14 PM

I stayed there a few years back its not bad at all.

Scott McD 02-25-2010 01:40 PM

I didn't have any complaints really when i stayed there. Nothing special obviously, but not too bad either...

Slick 02-25-2010 02:14 PM

I'm like everyone else, I stayed there a couple of years ago and it was perfectly fine, no issues here.

KillerK 02-25-2010 03:15 PM

Nothing wrong with it, it's just not as nice as the newer ones.

I think you may be over analyzing the hotel, I mean how much time are you really going to be spending in the room? The best part about the TI is its location, you've got Wynn and Venetion/Palazzo across the street and Mirage/Caesars to the south. If you're getting a great deal with TI then I would just keep it.

Redrob 02-25-2010 04:41 PM

It is ok, affordable and very convenient.

MSantore 02-25-2010 07:31 PM

Its alright...It has a good location and the room are alright. Its not my first choice for a hotel in vegas but I wouldnt refuse to stay there.

In December I met some out of state family there and I was able to play Blackjack with Topanga from Boy meets world! She is still just as hot. Her company boosted my personal image of TI ;-)

HowlingWulf 02-25-2010 07:43 PM

Its okay. If you have the money for glamor try the Venetian across the street.
