57369 in the last 56 days (counting today that's not yet ended) means 1024/daily hits average. There's the day with 800 and the day with 2,000. But I'm not selling it counting traffic.

The asked price is just for the design (that cost me $250 and probably you'll end up paying it $300 now because of the designer increased his pricing list). Fifty bucks more is just to pay off the work I put into this site. Basically is more likely buying a design and getting the site done, the domain as gift and few traffic on it. Not a bad deal I think.
