The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center in Ewa Beach, Hawaii will issue a tsunami warning for regions near the epicenter.

I just checked the surf report in Hawaii and no-one seems to have a clue about this warning. I e-mailed a few of them that said the surf was gonna be "FLAT" today.
