cute dolls and idea - every city/region in the world could do the same thing though cities that are made up of mostly transplants from other places not so much. All the old northeast/midwest cities definitely.

if they're successful with these they should branch out and do other cities.

Yeah I remember WDVE and Pauls. Augustines though, I lived a block away most of my childhood. Also DeRosa's bakery. Nothing like the smell of fresh bread when you wake up.

I guess "Paul" died a few years back I found that out today. They produced "Dads" rootbeer which a lot may know them from that. I think it was sold a bit more on the national front. Don't know if you were out towards where I went to school. Ill say I wasn't from NC high or shenango, and wasn't a cake eater. But a spartan lol. We had a market very close to the school called Rush's that used to sell it. It came in 24oz glass bottles back then. ahh the memories. I remember DeRosa's too. Can't forget Mays doughnuts too. mmmm:thumbsup Still prob miss Ladies of the dukes the most though. Would love to have one of their full loaf dugout meatball sammiches hehe
