Cats love posts with lots of height...we have one that almost goes to the ceiling... they love it... and are always on the top or the second top rung, sleeping, relaxing, or watching the PET channel. (Yeah seriously... if we put on that channel and they are featuring dogs or other cats, they actually sit and watch TV... it's pretty funny actually.)

We got it for free when we took the cats over from another owner because they couldn't keep them anymore due to allergies... that thing in the store would of been like 300 bucks.
