I used to eat something like that top plate every day while I was in Japan.

I'm very partial to the scallops and sea anemone sushi too.

I plan on heading back there with my wife later in the year, see her folks.

I will put their sushi up against anyone's. The last two people I took there were "not really into sushi" and "I don't really like sushi, but I will try it." Both were converted after the first roll.

And if you did eat that supermarket sushi don't forget to take some Sedona Labs I-Flora after. That stuff will help protect you from all sorts of bad bacteria. I can't say enough good things about this stuff. Simply amazing!
