So if the gov thinks they are shooting cp and took their computers and files why are the sites still up, esspecially gloryholegirlz?? Wouldnt they sieze the servers too and all customer info?? Maybe people are making this out to be bigger than it is for their own personal reasons??

actually i follow it only via the titles. didn't check any of those threads yet (only 'not paying' thing)

We get it, you love Porno Dan. If you knew his rep in the So-Cal industry you'd probably think otherwise. Plus, Fuckafan literally looks like they stole Chico Wang's old shitty garage decorations (that got him fired from his only video gig) and moved them to Dave's studio :( So much money and perversion yet so little creativity. Coming from a background in video it just hurts me when things could look so much better especially when mounds of money are being made.

to be honest, yes i have a lot of respect for Dan, but I've had very few conversations with him - most were very brief. I don't really know him at all. My respect comes from seeing a site well done, well marketed, and properly updated. He does a LOT of work with it and I respect that. I haven't' to my knowledge really ever done any business with him. That doesn't mean I can't respect someone for what they do.

yes his idea has been done before - but to say it has so little creativity in my mind means you're an idiot. Look at the episodes - they are HUGELY creative and all different. They are fantastically done. I have no idea about bad things in his rep in the so-cal industry. I have heard good things though, and professionally you're the first to say bad things that i'm aware of- yet you dont' say what they are. I do know he works with a LOT of models and a lot of models are crazy so there's guaranteed to be some drama there. I can't work with models - i'm to nice. they'd rob me blind. If he can make a living working with so-cal models I have respect for that.

I think since arrests have been made it's probably safe to assume the state has some pretty clear evidence she was under 18 years of age at the time the content was produced.

He claim nobody know if the content was removed, when there is public statements available 1+ year ago stating it was removed.
The same statement contain information that the model in question used a fake id.
He as a lawyer state:
1: Nobody know if it was removed
2: His service would have prevented this
Both statements is incorrect and false, it is statements made with the intend to promote his own service.
His statement is a public free legal advise since he appear under his business identity as an attorney, which make him liable as an attorney.

That's the reason for questioning his lawyers insurance

One - I never said 2257Safe.com would have prevented what happened. All I said is that 2257Safe.com would allow anyone, including Dirty D, to be able to access his records from anywhere in the world if LE executes a search and seizes their records.

Two - I said no one knows for sure about the content or whether the model in question used a fake ID - except for Dirty D and his IT people. What I did say is that IF it is CP it will come down. Thats the law.

LOL. Naa. Dan has his own studio. It is funny how he and Chico do share a lot of the same similarities and never met each other. Dan unlike Chico can put the Porno Dan character down and is very smart.



Porno Dan does his thing with Jim Powers(who i respect a lot) and i do my thing in our separate studios but we do catch lunch and dinner a few times a week. Great guy, really smart guy and a wealth of information Dan is. This guy does the work of 5 guys when it comes to running Immoral Productions. One of the hardest working guys in porn. I work Saturdays and Sundays in the office on my non shooting days, i call Dan for lunch, he is always in the office working. I know if you or your brother met him during the work week you would really have a better impression of him.



Watching Jim and Dan film fuckafan is some of the funniest shit i have ever seen. Those two are great together and very humorous. All though you or I may or may not like their style, they seem to be shooting 5 days a week multiple scenes a day, and have broadcast rights, live shows, and DVD sales.
