Traffic Tier ?
 

If you would have to split all the traffic sources in 3 Tier by country

witch one would you place in Tier 1 and Tier 2 on top of

Tier 1 : Usa, Canada , U.k , Netherlands, , Germany , France , Australia, Switzerland or Belgium.

Tier 2 : Austria, Bahrain, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Qatar, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, or the United Arab Emirates

Tier 3 The rest

USA and Canada is one of the best.

Ok.. I would move Ireland and New Zealand to the list of tier 1 countries.

You're being too generous with your list of tier2 countries. Definitely move Bahrain, Israel, Kuwait, Singapore (wtf?) and United Arab Emirates to tier 3 status.
