Just a quick question about the value of a domain name I've been sort of sitting on for a while. I had an idea for a website called bangamodel.com which never came to fruition. I'm still sitting on the domain name because I think it's a good one.. To me, at least.

Anyways, I am considering selling the domain name. However, I'm not in a huge hurry to do so. I might decide to do something with it later.

I am not in the business of valuing and selling domain names, so I'm a bit naive about this.

My questions are these:

1. Does this domain name hold any real value?

2. If you were me, and didn't really want to sell it, but would for the right price, how much would you be looking for? What would be your magic number?

3. Is the domain name as valuable as I think it is, or is it just valuable to me or someone with a specific idea?

Assumption:
The domain name has never been hosted. There is no discernible traffic stats to think of.

I will entertain offers too.

Domains are like realestate.. Only worth what someone is willing to pay.

I would value it at around $75 - $150 as a general market valuation if you put it for sale in the buy/sell section...sedo...etc....

If someone needed it bad and contacted you out of the blue then of course thats a different situation.

You could also put it out for sale asking for offers and see what bids come in.....you will then know what the market wishes to pay.

You might wanna ask if anyone promotes for fuckafan.com. They'd probably love to buy that domain from you to promote it
