Paging iBill, please explain this...

http://www.theboytube.com/jesse/ibill.jpg

If you are so worried about distancing yourself from the iBill of 2007, why do you happily display an iBill award from 2007?

Please explain again why people are to trust you with their processing?

Rodrigo-Ibills 03-02-2010 10:48 AM

I make a mistake, I am sorry. I am new web developer web site maker.

We do not need janitor here at the new buildings so they make me in charge of webs.

I fix it.

Good luck with getting an answer, Jonas lied about people from the old IBILL not working with the new IBILL in the latest XBIZ post and has no answer for that :321GFY

The one thing I cannot figure out is whether or not Jonas Brown (current President) was Director of Business Development at old iBill.

I've read (on the internet :1orglaugh) a few places that he was.

Here is a Facebook group called "I used to work at iBill" where the old receptionist says that she checked all phone lists and there was no Jonas Brown and that he's a fraud. I don't think these old iBill employees have been refreshed with all of the drama ... many appear to have worked there pre-sale, which would make them "the good ones" while the name Jonas Brown seems to be attached to post-sale, which would be the bad batch.

http://www.facebook.com/group.php?v=...id=41368933685

Edit: by pre and post sale, I mean from when the original owners sold to the ones that ran with the money. I guess we're really on iBill v4 ... original good iBill, bad owners, bad owners trying to revive the company, new iBill. Am I missing any?

OMG! I could have sworn it said something different as little as 48 hours ago.

So Jonas Brown is already in his third position this go around?

I'm so confused.

I understand, Rodrigo, you're a rogue web developer ... happens to the best.

On the upside, your Engrish has really improved! I'm proud of you, man! :thumbsup

You got the Ibills credit card? Let's go party like its 2008 with Francis Koenig!

Im sure it did, but i have copies of all incarnations and changes made. Especially after the accusation was made that the new IBILL copied some other processors website word for word. Funny the next day it was all changed but not before i made a screen capture :error

The Wayback Machine must be working overtime!

So are you of the opinion that I am that iBill has been doing some really deceptive marketing over the fast few days that would run afoul of best practices established by the FTC?

magpan 03-02-2010 11:20 AM

Sig spot. :)

Im not a lawyer but it would seem that making you join a program in an effort to recover funds that are rightfully yours may be against the law ? California has some similar law about this subject

I'm also not a lawyer, but I don't think it'd be a stretch to assume that they are marrying themselves to the old iBill's debts.

They've essentially said "the old iBill has legitimate debt and we'd like to make sure you recover that."

Unfortunately, they made those statements days before clarifying them.

That'd be like me running an ad in the newspaper saying "if you're reading this, I'm giving you one million dollars" and then three days put in another ad that says "btw, I'm only paying you if you were wearing blue socks." People that wore green socks that day are still going to come after me.

(I hope my analogies are better than those provided by iBill in another thread)

iBill has a lot of pictures of people on their about us page. Apparently, none of them have common sense. I guess it's true ... you do rise to the level of your incompetence.
