Start up difficulties

Hello all,

Let me bring you the main message. I launched in January a tube site called PornoSeat[.]com and wanted to make some money on it (Offcourse). I noticed that my traffic was not picking up. I was clearly not aware on how this industry worked. So I started to read a lot on gfy and other sites and I also talked to some people in the industry and I took action:

-I traded links with other members;
-I purchased traffic;
-I purchased post on blogs and links;
-I did some Seo on the tube site;
-I added to directory's/search engines/...;

Now after two months I notice that my traffic is (for me) low. I am getting 130 visits a day and this is not what I expected. I know that I will not get fast 1k+ visitors a day and that I need to have patience but I want to have some advice.

1/ I am using hugetraffic to promote fling on my tube site, I heard that it works well on dating sites but not porn sites (On 7k visitors I do not even have one conversion). Could you guys give any other affiliates that I should use for this kind of website?

2/ What recommendations would you give me to improve the website even further?

I appreciate the time that people spend to look at this request.

Thank you :thumbsup

Keep building... create mini-sites to support your main sites, then do what you have already done with those, and link to your main sites.

Then SEO wise, use page/html titles that people actually search for. This way you know they get traffic so you can take part of the pie.

domain is too new to talk about good SE results
keep trading and buying and getting backlinks for your site

the site loaded slow for me, surfers now know of many sites so they won't wait long and go somewhere else if things are slow

also when you use videos from other tubes you are advertising the other tube, so the surfer sees your video says "porn hub" at the start and just goes there instead

#1 January ? Dude, you're still a newborn... Relax and give it time. Give it AT LEAST a year for first impressions. These things do not happen overnight.

#2 TAKE OUT that annoying ass banner that creeps up on the bottom right... I would NEVER visit your site over and over again with that annoying crap all the time. (think like a visitor) Plus it slows my browser down some.

#3 All those linking partners near the bottom of the site kind of makes you look desperate...you might wanna remove a lot of them eventually...once you start kicking in decent traffic. How much do all those links bring in daily ?

But overall you do have a nice clean layout... Maybe try to lay off some of those browser intensive flash ads as well... Not everybody is rich and has the fastest computers to handle these.

i would recommend you plug rush to easily exchange traffic with other tube sites and grow your site this way.

Work more on the SEO..

Get more content in there so galleries are not repeating like on the index page. ( we have flvs. )

Keep working. Dont let any ass hat on this board tell you they started 1 day and 10 days later they were making 1k a day. Its bullshit.
