Webcam Site With Model Content Issues
 

hey first off i have been reading and watching these boards for a couple of months and I am blown away by the assistance and passion many of you have in this industry. I have been learning so much from many of your posts.

I am humble enough to say I am OVERWHELMED with the industry and need HELP.. no worries i am kinda of liking the feeling of being a new kid on the block and trying to adapt to the challenges..

So i have been recently appointed to running this guy i knows investment in A WebCam Site. I have patience and enjoy being a sponge but feel like I am on a deserted island with no food. Well thank god for you guys and your Survival Wisdom and I hope it gets me just enough food to wake up and have another day here... lol
I have been focusing ALL my efforts on hiring models- I realized quickly that i needed to open studios with BIG TRAFFIC SITES and try to have these girls Broadcast on the BIG sites as well as mine so they can make $$$ - well good idea just HARD and Grueling since many of them work a week and then drift away to NEVER NEVER LAND.. so i am continuing doing this but i believe there is a better way? my site is your standard 29.99 per month paid for site and I am DYING to know if there is a content provider of models where i can SYnc another sites models onto mine and still charge membership fees and keep little of the models earnings? I have come across videosecrets.com and other white labels but they all seem to be based on me just driving traffic to them and I have no way to charge a membership fee..

OK guys I am all ears and yes I am well aware that THIS IS A HUSTLE as ive been attached to my computer 7 days a week for 12-16 hours a day. I am dedicated but I know i need guidance and hit away with as much constructive critisicism - i am beat up but can take more punches ;)
