How can you find criminal background checks online?

I get hit by a drunk driver, and want to know if she has any prior record for DUI.

The county this happened in says they cannot release info to me, but I thought you could get that off the interwebs, in fact I thought I saw a free site that had that info, any one recall a site like thta?

don't know of anything like that. Have you tried searching google? or is this the first place you thought you'd ask? :)

Google was tmi, and all the "free" sites wnated credit cards
