Yep. If you rep a site that uses their "own" payout system...well...here's the scoop:

This month has 5 pay periods.... so the skimming is easy. You won't notice it cause they'll make sure you make about the same amount of money you made last month.... or less... if you've been reppin the site for more than 8 weeks. These longer months make it easy for skimming sales....

Your best best is always rep sites that use reputable 3rd party billers.... ie: CCBill, Epoch, Zombaio, etc.... 3rd parties don't rip people off.
