Custom template, built and integrated into the popular tube CMS, TEVS. We have integrated Plugrush into the site in a way where it's almost become a video dump (except without the effort of having to plug your traders every day). A TEVS license will be included with the purchase.

Revenue
We never actually tried to monetize the site but I know we have made a few sales here and there from Fling, you can definitely optimize this, even sell a percentage of traffic with Plugrush.

Traffic
We get over 65% traffic from SE, with top ranking keywords such as asian porn and amateur porn. We currently receive about 1K / uniques daily.

Daily work
None. You can schedule videos to appear live, so maybe 1-3 hours a month will be enough to gather videos and schedule them to appear live every day.
