As I have said in other threads, I have a lot of interest in various deals but some simply can't afford to do a bulk payment to make it happen. Buyers typically also want some help and coaching to get things up to speed and learn the niche they are investing in. Whether it is a few months, or it is for up to six or longer.

With the addition on my new web hosting company, which allows me to tailor affordable hosting packages to the needs of those buying sites and services, and the set up of a monthly recurring fee for coaching and access instead of a hefty bulk payment, this should allow me to help more people and better get people started instead of saving.

Previously for any of these websites you would have needed to go find a DEDICATED HOST. This could run you un upwards of $150-250.00 depending on where you hosted. I can now host these sites for you at $75.00 a month on a semi-dedicated server, which will provide enough RAM and DISK SPACE for the needs of the sites. Plus allow for expansion. The $75.00 covers everything my clients need. No extra charges for more RAM, CPanels, etc..

I will also be adding in some smaller web hosting plans for those who are doing coaching/mentoring alone. There is not need for a big package if you are running smaller sites with minimal bandwidth. This is about helping you get started on the right path.

I can also offer $50.00 a month (50% off special for launch) coaching to go with any purchase (versus $250-2500.00). This will allow access to all of my existing and future guides. You can submit your own ideas for guides as you need them. Whether it's a how-to on processing video for your particular program, or site. If I do not have experience with it, I will have someone who does.

I will also make my assistants available for a certain number of hours per month. So if you want them to populate a blog for you (within reason) or a forum, among other approved tasks. They can do some of the grunt work for you to speed up your process to get launched and making money! Right now I am going to offer this at 50% off because it is new and allows me to work out the kinks. But to keep me from being over run. The normal price would be around $100.00.

**For those who contact me looking for price breaks on these various sites. You would only get those if you make payment in full. If you are making payments, you are going to pay full price for the sites. Which is only fair considering the risks involved. You will need to sign a contract. If you default on your payments, I reclaim site and can be sold to someone else. Domain is not turned over until payment completed in full.

Here are some answers to questions asked...

1. If you already have content, you can do a tube pay site. You still have to pay for the script license, as well as the design, and integration into HTML/CSS. You are most likely going to want payment processor integration and a few other things as well. So you are still looking in the low $X,XXX.XX before you have a site ready for you to upload clips into.

2. The back end, or admin, to the celebrity site is a custom script. Most of my sites are either custom CMS from scratch, or a modified version. You can see the back end admin area to the celebrity site HERE and how you do updates. It is very easy. You can also opt to 'shuffle' the archive instead of doing daily updates.

3. If you are an existing client with a tube pay site, celebrity site, or other you are more than welcome to switch to this web hosting. It will save most money and will provide better support as programmers, and designers, will have one central system to know and log into.

4. Bulk payment dollar amount on site will vary by site.

5. You will receive the revenue from the web site while you are building/growing/developing and paying it off. Once you are paid in full. You will get domain and accounts CNR'd to you. If you default, I sell site to someone else.

6. Assistants help will vary based on what they know how to do. They can do some uploads and updating. They can do blogs and forums, as well as some other grunt work. They can write out descriptions for your content (if not mine) and sort it all nice and neat with models in each scene, etc.. Things of that nature.

7. You do not HAVE to pay for mentoring/coaching to be on host. You can simply save money and hassle switching web hosting if you like. If it saves you money, and helps in regards to site help and maintanence it is still a win-win.

8. For most start ups, you are not going to need more than 10 Mbps Monthly Bandwidth. However, if you do, I can bump you up as needed. You would just pay a bit more per month.

9. I am really offering the web hosting as a value add to those I consult with. I am not looking to be the king of adult industry web hosting. However, others can use it as well if advantageous. I am not planning to offer older, slower, servers to save on costs. All of the servers I am using will fall into the following set up.

I can do dedicated boxes if need be. But most I work with do not need them.

You also can't get by on a virtual account. You need, at minimum, a semi dedicated box with a lot of disk space. I can do one for buyers at $75.00 a month. Otherwise, you have to go fully dedicated, and that can run you $150-300.00 depending on where you want to host it, full managed or not, and all the other bells and whistle upsells.
