haha well we are always buying and selling! Sometimes out of the blue new publishers hit us up with excess inventory. Same goes for advertisers who will just approach us and say "hey we have 100k this month to spend on specific traffic, please help us".

I don't think you realize what IM ad clicks are. He doesn't mean those russian links you get sent to your ICQ every 5 seconds. He's talking about the small notification screens in the bottom right corner "popping" up making it seem like someone is starting an IM chat with you. Never seen these?
