That will allow me to talk to customers on the website? Like talk to sales now? Something that is free and is web based for sufers.

have a look at liveperson.com , its not free though. It is very addictive as you can see all your traffic in your site at any given time, live. Their ip, what page their on, etc.

Not looking for advice website dude. I'm looking to add CODE to my site. So they can click TALK TO SALES PERSON and then have my IM program pop up.

Get digsby it has an application to do this.

that's exactly what I posted, its in js, customer clicks TALK TO SALES PERSON and an IM program pops up.

skype is best and most of people use it. u can creat public chat and embed to your site.

craftysyntax is free, but it's an eyesore...if you're good with skinning things it would be worth it though, it has a decent backend, and a desktop client....but LiveZilla.net is by far the best one.

There's a free widget out thewre somewhere that will connect your site viewers to your AIM for live chats. I have no clue what it was called, but an old online acquaintence used to run it on some of his pages. i rmemeber him showing it to me like a year ago or more. pretty sure it was free.

I know this doesn't really answer your question, but maybe if you Google for "AIM website chat script" or something it might turn up something.
