How does the BBW community feel about the word Obese?
 

Like if you had a site and called it ObeseGirls or something, would the word Obese be a big problem in getting signups, or is it no big deal? is it offensive? I see the word "fattie" sometimes.

I haven't seen it used regularly. Chubby, chunky, plump, maybe even heavy. And of course fattie. Obese in the domain might not be so good, unless you are talking about REALLY big girls lol.

BBWs prefer the term "plus size."

probably not great. I do BBW descriptions for my own stuff and clients, but I don't remember using the word 'obese'.
