Mine is Zotz. Fucking love them and hadn't had them in 20ish years. Found them at some random candy store earlier and must have eaten a couple dozen of the bitches today

We had things here in Australia called Sherbert Fountains. They were yellow cardboard tubes, a little like a skinnier toilet roll, filled with sherbert. You also got a licorice straw with which to suck the sherbet up with. I loved them!

you'd see them in Canada occassionally too. i think it was probably a UK product.

My favourite non-candy was O'Ryans sour cream and onion potato chips. They had so much of that fricken flavour powder on them and they were a really thick ripple-cut chip. YUM.

Yeah, we had those in England too. But give me gummy bears!!!

Luden 5th Avenue bars. Before they sold to Hershey's, each bar had two whole almonds, and richer chocolate than today. Used to buy these for 15 cents each at the movie theater. (Yeah, I'm an old guy.)

I once stayed all day at the matinee (they were showing Battle of Britain, a big star epic that came out in '69) eating those and drinking Dr. Pepper.

Cutting down the fat these days, so I'm on to Tootsie Roll Pops - 4/max a day. Got the idea watching Kojak on the Roku.

My parents own a candy store, I worked there for awhile....Actually had people order them by that name, including black people. I never knew whether I should act like I knew what candy they were talking about or play stupid.

Licorice N***** Babies
Black licorice flavoured candies formed in the shape of a small person with their arms down at their side. They are approximately 2" tall by 1/2" wide & thick. hahahahahaha Babies were sold as such for decades, until the later 1980's-mid 1990's when their name was changed to Licorice Babies to avoid derrogatory racial use of the word N***** being ingrained in children's vocabulary as acceptable.
