aWiz CMS: Who's using it currently?
 

Ive been handcoding my entire paysite and im sick of it. I want to move to a CMS that doesnt break my bank to get set up in case I dont end up liking it.

Ive checked out Carma and SiteDepth but im interested in some feedback on those of you who currently use awiz- the good, the bad, and the ugly!

I've been using it for somewhere around 3 years or so on one of my sites. It is stable, bullet-proof and easy to use. The price is right also. I have not had any issues with their software and recommend it.

I haven been using it for 2 years and I like it.
Support is always fast to answer any question.
You can have them customize the cms and it won't cost you too much.
The only thing I would change is the admin interface, it's really ugly.

All those cms's are fancy thing,but personally if i get access to paysite i rather want ftp access and download all videos instead screwing around with those silly cms systems which just gives you headache.

its fine to start with but its alot of manual work if you are dealing with videos. The newer cms cut up everything and make different formats. awiz you have to upload all sets of video types you want.

I've had nothing but good experiences with Awiz. It does everything I need, and if you have any PHP experience you can make it do anything. It's very very easy to skin it as well.

The only thing I would want to change at this point is to get it to use Imagemagick rather than GD to make thumbs. They look better that way.

It's a good solution if you have a smaller program otherwise, it can limit you
to do alot of features you might want to do . Also if you have a big members database it becomes slow . Sides from this , it is a good CMS with great support .

You should let me show you MAS before you make your final decision. Our CMS is stable and versatile. :thumbsup

Used to have Awiz... now on Elevated X. Elevated X tops Awiz easily.
