Hey fris or anyone else who kicks ass with wordpress... Every time I want to add a new theme, install a plugin or anything, WP is asking me for FTP info. I know its not a virus or a problematic file, and I am sure it's just a permission issue but dont know which one... do you guys know what to do to fix the issue?

i'd say it's asking so that it can do any updates that come out from the authors automagically.

No, it doesnt have to do with wordpress specifically I dont think, it has to do with maybe a file permission setting or a server setting, but I cannot figure out which one it is.
