Customer files a chargeback, then tells you to fuck off
What possible repercussions do you have when a customer knowingly files a wrongful CB just to get free services/product and when you call him on it he laughs and tells you to fuck off and he can do "whatever he wants, its free now"
:helpme |
This is where you spam his phone # as a gay phone sex line until he kills himself.
|
if this is for some programming you should use a license system to prevent this

Sounds to me like he admits a criminal act. Isn't filing a false CB a criminal act? I mean, I know people do it all day like it's nothing, but they also jay walk like nothing and it's illegal. Just asking.

so he tries to enlarge his penis for free?

Well, maybe the guy would care though if he received something via certified letter informing him of..... ah whatever, I dunno. Program in a remote access so you can delete the files.

You can always do what one model did to me when we had a slight business disagreement: she found a pic of the biggest dick she could (probably one she sucked), and posted it on craigslist with my phone number and address and a message that said I was looking for old obese dirty men to com over and have at it. You should have seen some of the email, pics, and phone messages I got. I was afraid to answer the door for two weeks. Moral of the story - if you ever have a disagreement with a dick sucking drama queen pornstar, she ALWAYS wins. That chick had balls. |
Working online and knowing his phone and email address, you have endless possibilities to make his life hell for quite some time. :)

Who processed the sale? Was the sale physical goods and when was the original purchase?

Sue him to be an asshole.
Otherwise you can't do shit. |

Keep in mind that CC processors often don't process future transaction from people who do chargebacks. The next time he wants to use his card for an online purchase, he is likely be declined. Then, as Pink says, it will be just him and his hand tonight.

Try to record the call and play it back to Mastercard

Email him and tell him that you do not appreciate the way that he talked to you.
Then reference your phone call and say that you do not appreciate his chargeback just so that he could get free product...there are other ways to get free products. Bait him. He sounds like a douche and he'll fall for the bait and welcome being able t continue the argument. Get him to admit to what he did again in email and then use that email to dispute the CB. Choose your words in the email wisely, as you're essentially doing social engineering. |

Someone should start such service. I send a chargeback in to a company and they work his ass over hard. The only way out is to pay 100.00 via cashiers check. The company providing this great service keeps $50.00 and sends me $50.00.

If he's married or has a GF, call IDump4U.com pretending to be him and have that guy dump his gf/wife for him, lol. Or have a chick call them and say she's his gf/wife and that they're dumping him because they caught that he was buying porn.
|
If he bought something that could be embarrassing to him you can always file a claim in small claims court. He would then have to go court and tell the judge (and potentially full court room) why he charged back the cost of the product/service. You may not win the case, but if it is penis pills or anything like that at least you will get the satisfaction of him having to explain in an official court document that he has a small dick.

I have called up a few customers who were planning on charging back and told them I was going to turn them into the police and then sue them at a later date. This often works especially for a product that is somewhat embarrasssing such as porn, viagra, penis enlargement, etc. May they all burn in hell.:thumbsup:thumbsup:thumbsup
