Impressive list :thumbsup

Domain Diva 03-16-2010 05:06 PM

Some nice domains there...good luck with the auction...:)

Brujah 03-16-2010 05:07 PM

I should've posted that in quotes or something, since it isn't my site or anything. Definitely some nice names!

PornMD 03-16-2010 05:44 PM

Got a name in there myself - Autorespond.com. Lowest price I've ever had on it by quite a bit so should be some nice action. GL to all bidders and owners!

lazycash 03-16-2010 05:49 PM

Didn't see any adult names, are there any?

CYF 03-16-2010 05:58 PM

In that case ...:1orglaugh I held back a little to be polite...but must admit I think the site design/layout etc doesnt do justice to the event or quality domains on there.

HandballJim 03-16-2010 07:15 PM

I've seen some of those domains for sale, and it seems they are not selling. Condominiums.net a bunch of times...those names posted are not very strong. :2 cents:

there borderline, idol needs the s, freehosting is .org , mad.com... what do you sell relaxing tea?

Great domains in my opinion can make you money or bring you traffic, something you can build a brand with.

Idol doesn't need the s... American Idol isn't plural. Also 'idol' has 79 million search results. I think this one should do pretty well in the auction.

Free hosting could be a non-profit org, it can be appropriate for a .org TLD.

PornMD 03-16-2010 10:21 PM

For the hell of it, I added the early Estibot appraisals in parenthesis next to the actual sale price.

The way I understand it, Domain Madness group are different from a regular domainer auction in that they actually network and contact end users rather than domainers. Over the next 60 days they'll still be attempting to move the domains that didn't get sold.

Let's hope...my domain in it, a single term .com in multi-billion dollar industry didn't sell while a domain that earned all its value in all of 4 months sold for $151k. That was a riot!

I love the live guys talking about our domain - "you can put some sorta service on it", lol. One company with that "some sorta service" is Alexa ranked around 150 - for a b2b service site - can't imagine they're worth less than billions at this point.

closer 03-23-2010 04:09 PM

So camroulette went for $151K and videoroulette for $5K

what am I missing here? :Oh crap

Make sure you tell them, so they know what kind of people to be contacting. There's also a Seller's Kit that may include some good tips. :)

Good luck with your name!
