Just use their livechat to contact them. way easyer.

Btw: they always contact me back within 24 hours...

Have you tried the Live Help Chat on their site? I've always gotten immediate answers from their, and their help seems to have knowledge of how every thing works there, so it's not like talking to some flunky customer service rep.

Good luck this is how it started with me. I called, emailed, icqed, and finally gave up. That was in December

I would love to get the ticket id on the email for which you are waiting on reply. Some emails are filtered away by spam filters, thats why there are phone and live chat support.

There's no ticket .. I'm not registered customer and I've saw the email in your sig .. what's the point of the email in your sig if they go in the spam box .. also like I said I've sent you ICQ msg
