Found the cards in a sewer while wondering through the other day.

CCs are out of date, ID is still in date - one can only assume she was mugged, cash taken, the rest tossed into a sewer.

Still she seems to be alive and well (according to google).. Seems she was in Paris in 2008, the times seem to line up.

Do you let it drop, or try to send a message saying: hey, btw, found your stuff.

I'd return them or drop them off the police station, whichever suits you best.

Wipe it clean of prints and mail it back to them in a plain white envelope. I wouldn't want to touch that shit with a 10 ft pole.
