Plugrush Vs Trafficholder
Hello, i run homemade-voyeur.com and stolenvideos.net.
With stolenvideos.net i sell 20-30k to trafficholder daily and got around $3.7 per 1000 uniques. With Plugrush i sell around 15k hits plugs traffic with $8.5 per 1000 uniques. As a seller Plugrush it's better because i can include iframes on my site that give me fresh content and also it's better to my surfers. If i dont get advertisers to sell my plugrush traffic, they have a very good trade system that allows you to trade 100% of your traffic. As a buyer Plugrush its a little expensive (around $10 per 1000 uniques) but its better too. I do some tests buying 10k on each site. 10k on trafficholder ($3.5 per 1000 uniques in average) -I got only 6500 hits in my site -Productivity was around 35% (my average productivity is 125%) 10k on Plugrush ($10 per 1000 uniques in average) -Got around 9500 hits -Productivity was around 110% |
sounds good, will check it out

Besides, in terms of buying traffic, they are about equal in terms of value. |

I think this is a great program to blogs with high quality traffic sell their traffic and dont lost quality |
Thx for the kind words. I'm here if anyone has any questions.
PlugRush isn't really the the same as TH. Like Klen mentioned, PlugRush is about clicked traffic, where traffic is coming from Thumbs of your choice, along with a title and a description. This makes the traffic higher quality, since the users knows what to expect when clicking a thumb. You can filter by geo as well as traffic sources |
its a great service

going to take a look at it...

Sorry, just calling it like I see it. |
In my experience and my friend's too plugrush has horrible prod (about 10% to a tube site, vs. my site's average prod of 400%) and a very low sold % even if I set my sell % to 100 or 99% (unsold traffic is sent to those shitty trades).
There's probably a significant % of hitbot, proxy etc. traffic at plugrush because I can't see any other good reason why their prod is so bad. The system would be much better if a site with 60% would get roughly 6 times the amount of hits a site with tested prod of 10% would if they were trading. |

You can manage all your trades, and see productivity for every site you trade with. Then you can suspend the sites you don't want to trade with. So what you need to do, is go to your stats, look at what sites are sending you shitty traffic, and suspend them. Hit me up if you need assistance. |
How is it that you test the prod then? Do you skim some hits to your test page? If so, what %?
|
Will try it, i have best results with TS, lets compare!
|
All brokered traffic sucks.

So as long as you have a widget on the pages where you want traffic to be sent to, we can track the productivity for all sites sending traffic to those pages. Stats are real time |
That is one horrible way to track prod. Some use the widget at the very bottom of the page and others at the top etc. So it would actually be better if you skimmed some to a test page.
