Batch encoding videos into multiple formats
 

Anyone here know of a software I can use that can batch encode videos into multiple formats (wmv/mpg/flv)?

I have a bunch of videos (in different folders) that I need to encode into various formats...

Ideally I'd like to be able to feed it a text file of paths to the videos... is there anything out there like this?

ffmpeg could do that serverside, read a text file, etc, just write a little shell script
