You *can* buy legit traffic for $1/K, but don't expect the geo's to be great.

We sell our popunder traffic for as low as $1/K (with volume discounts). We've got lots of buyers using it to feed their sites. It's only about 8%-10% US traffic, but then, what do you expect at that price point?
