are using Buzz?

I tried it a couple times but that was it. I thought it would be pretty cool since I don't use facebook. :Oh crap

I turned that shit off.

It's funny how they tried to pull a quick one by just adding it in there thinking everyone would just use it from day one.

Buzz off Google. Leave our email accounts private.

I have it, wouldn't really say I use it..

It's in gmail because gmail contacts got an upgrade awhile back and the pre-created folders are key to people being able to access your information within buzz and other google services.

Using buzz or not, isn't really a big deal... the same people are already in your contacts list, just sort the people and update your profile.

Buzz is an extension of your gmail/gtalk and other google services - profile. Based on which gmail contacts you allow to view it or all. Oh and it's a social tool.

So if you're always in contact with your family/friends with gmail and/or all business (contacts) you can use buzz to extend your profile, give others the ability to access information, follow you like other social sites, share pictures and... other stuff.

I don't get the entire thing, it feels disconnected from the rest of Google. But I have a couple people that have followed me, I followed them, a couple buzz'z? have been posted..

Whatever.. it's easier to just leave it on and let my contacts learn a little bit more about me.

I guess I have it turned on but I haven't been using it. It just sites there taunting me. It seems like a major bust for Google.

I enabled it initially to check it out... I disabled it three days later and haven't looked back.

I use twitter; that's more than enough for me

i turned it off. the problem is i have way to many "contacts" in google that i could give to shits about, including old clients, real estate agents, etc.
