Is it legal to get amateur images from imagefap and post them on my site?
 

Can I take amateur porn pics from an image dump site, such as imagefap, and host/post them on my site? Besides not having any 2257 documentation, what are the chances of getting hit with a copy right lawsuit?

I've been wondering where amateur porn sites aquire their content.

Half the shit you get from there is someone elses copyrighted work which people upload on there. So I would think its very likely you would get hit with DMCAs up the ass depending on how popular your site is that you are putting them on.

Do most people sue? IDK dont think so unless you won't take it down but thats a risk you are taking...
