Best software for doing auto updates for Outlook?

Lots of crap out there, whats the easiest that I can set to auto update to an external, say once a day or once a week?

Outlook Express, I'm sorry. Wasn't clear on that. Does the full Outlook have back up option?

Yes it does, but I forgot, it's not built-in, it's available as a free add-on from Microsoft - Personal Folders Backup
