Need hosting and no, not Phatservers
 

My current host has fallen into the shitter, so any suggestions about dedicated hosting for adult and non adult domains? (And no, not Phatservers, they currently suck)

What issues were you having if you don't mind me asking? I have a string of issues with mine recently also and if it is not just me I will likely move as well.

My dedicated server was hacked several times over the past 2 years because updates to the server had not been applied. The hackers caused my sites to be labelled 'attack' sites by Google and I lost money and traffic. Now, all the sites on my dedicated server are down and have been down since last night!! I couldn't access them at 2am last night, so I assumed that the server was being rebooted, but when I woke up they were still down. And now, they are still down!! So, there goes half a day of money when I can ill afford it.

Your server was not hacked, as Chris explained to you, the problem with the site not loading was a Wordpress function that was enabled from the admin side that was not setup properly and led to MySQL issues piling up. He explained it in more detail to you. I spoke to you on the phone within 3 minutes of your first ticket, Jake and Chris both responded giving you updates until resolved, yet you were here posting how bad we are within 20 minutes and the site was already back online. :(

Our 24/7 support includes server management and service monitoring, at no point was the server, http or any other service offline. We don't manage any of our clients websites, if you ever see an issue before going to bed that doesn't look right then contact us right then so we can address it.

I've been using phatservers for 5 or 6 years now and never had a problem with them. Sounds like you have too much sand in your vagina. :2 cents:

Top choices in my book is ISPrime or Caro. Cant go wrong.

It takes about 12 hours to get a new dedicated server up and running (with panel) if still looking.

I put in a support ticket for an arrow trade install and it took a few times back and forth for them to get it right. Was a real pain in the butt. I never had that kind of issue with them. And come to think of it one of the domains was hacked and a trojan installed. I thought it was one of the asianguys who had ftp access. But you know you could be right. hopefully phat reads this and gets back to the way they always used to be one of the best hosts

National Net has the best hosting in the industry. Get some quotes, then go to National Net and ask them to beat it.
