Does anyone know contact at SpaCash?
 

I used to know Gerard over at SpaCash from shows, but does anyone know who is over there now and how to get in touch with them? :helpme

The only person on there is a guy named Juan Mitz or Juan Bertolotti and he doesn't seem to have any authority, so it seems like, now that Mr. Romance is not there any more, somebody still must be. GFY is generally a good resource.

Hey Juan, you and I spoke about getting payment out to me the first week of February and the first week of March. In February, you told me to email billing, which I did on February 8. In March, you told me to use the internal messaging system, which I did on March 2. After hearing nothing for weeks, I emailed you and billing again. I heard no reply and definitely received no payment. Since Gerard left, I am not acquainted with anyone over at SpaCash, so I started a thread at GFY to see who else I might contact. I have since emailed Gabriel, Martin, and Lors with no reply and no payment. Someone else at GFY suggested the message board, only I am very concerned that I see the SpaCash board littered with people asking why they have received no payment. Has SpaCash gone under or what gives?

I have emailed Spacash a number of times in the past and used their contact form as well and never ever recieved a reply.

Thats why i go icq on them, Pel is online 90% of time and Juan too!

I requested payment from them 2 weeks ago for a few thousand and got paid the following day.

I gave up on them a long time ago.

I will speak to Martin when he comes online to make him aware of this thread, hope that helpds

Why do you need to "request" payout from them? I get paid by wire transfer and it all happens automatically, every month, on time.

But I haven't spoken to anyone at SpaCash since Lors left though ...

Juan tells me he is going to make sure I get paid in the next day via epass, so I'll keep you all posted.

Were you able to get in touch with him? I only get responses, when I do get response, from that Juan guy who is all over their support page but claims he has no authority to actually help with anything, like, for example, paying what they owe.

Did they promise you payment and not pay what they owed?

I'm still only getting that Juan guy, who tells me he only does tech support, although he is the only name on the support page.

Update: At first SpaCash seemed to be looking to take care of paying what they owe on a payment plan, but they are not keeping up with payments. I kind of feel like they are dragging their feet on webmasters, in the hopes that the amounts won't be worth pursuing at a certain point.
