Bad habits howtos
 

Well, 12 years ago i quit smoking after 10 years doing it. Now, after almost 10 years in the biz ( ya know all those long nights, cold winters and Heineken snacks ) I quit drinking beer, no, really, it makes me fart and makes my gutts playing me a gas man song, fuck that shit. Now, I'm thinking what Im gonna substitute it with? Ideas in da house, please.

not sure how good your drinking water taste...but it is healthy with no calories. Unsweetened ice tea works too.

This is what I love but its expensive here being imported, $7 a bottle.

Heineken I have found is one of the worst beers when it comes to gassiness, you should drink a different beer (maybe even Heineken light) but don't give up beer or you'll lose your penis!

You're fucking kidding? Its like $1.69 at my corner store - which pretty well doubles the price of everything they sell. The shit is just another corn product anyway - no better that what you'd get from Coke or Pepsi Co.
