Just curious, if it is important to link sellers, wouldn't it then also be important to link buyers?

Or do these sellers who feed off 'fake, non valuable page rank' exist without any real buyers? Can you have sellers without buyers?

I'm having a seriously hard time understanding the somewhat flawed logic here.

Let's be honest here, most people who are making 'matter of fact' statements about Page Rank in this thread do not understand it enough to hold a 10 second conversation on it.

*** I don't think Page Rank is the end all be all of search results, obviously it isn't, but I think you'd have to be a fool to not utilize it as a tool, and also another factor in many that determine your sites value.

True or false: The little green bar in your toolbar is an arbitrary value that has no bearing on where your site appears in the SERPs because it is a historical representation of your pagerank rather than the current "pagerank" that Google uses to determine a site's position in the SERPs.
