Mixing 1mg Xanax with 30mg Restoril/temazepam
 

What do you think? OK or not? I'll be thoroughly researching it but figured I'd ask here also.

I have a high tolerance to xanax (was up to 7mg a night to sleep), have tapered down to 1mg but im not even remotely tired.

Oh well temazepam is a benzo so you should not have any issues.

it's totally fine... 30mg of restoril is nothing... normal dose up here in Canada is 15-30...
1mg of xanax isn't bad either - especially if you were up to 7..
combined it would definitely kick a normal person out... with your tolerance though, who knows..
won't hurt you though..

Jeeeeeeeeez... 0.5mg knocks me out--I can sleep 10-12 hours. And on 1.5mg + a couple beers I can sleep solidly from LA to London or Tokyo (10+ hours flight time) even though flying terrifies me.

i have 15mg of Dormicum and still don't sleep... :disgust
