I like how you incorporated a signup to the chatroulette script. Not real sure how successful it will be since there are already over 100 chatroulette sites out there that don't require any signup and validation before viewing cams. Just a couple of tips, I wouldn't require email validation, just let the user signup and enter immediately. Also, the viewing area you give to your free members is way too small and not correctly proportioned. Instead of seeing all of me, it only showed the small portion of the middle of me in the cam. Instead of using the viewing size as an upgrade incentive, I would instead make it full size for free, but cut way down on the frames per second and make the live feed real slow for free members.

Thanks for the tips. What is your username and I will upgrade your membership so you can see the upgraded version. Yesterday was it's first full day online and I expected more bugs. I have my cam pointing at the news so people can test their setups.
