You can ticket sales and they respond just as quickly :winkwink:

They normally answer a support ticket in less than 5-10 minutes, not sure what grouchy's problem with them is.

grouchy has never been a client afaik, so i think he was just typing his normal grouchyness as in every thread on gfy

I've been with them about a year, they've been solid.

Sorry, I disagree. Their support service is rapid, even after the move to quadranet, and their their techs can do wonders for any situation.

That's my experience with them, whether it's my own pathetic server setup, or with a multiple server cluster setup running one of the largest networks around.

So, no, they are still one of the big dogs in the hosting world imvho.

I have two servers with them. Support tickets have always been answered promptly.

I bet there's one guy using several aliases.
