While it is probably a joke for April Fools, how would we ever know if something like that really did happen?

If someone did come from the future, he would be arrested and tossed in the can.

You would think, if they were smart enough to build a time machine, they would come back to BEFORE it was fully built, and operational.

We're all dead anyways...

Answer me this then, if you build a time machine now because of 9/11 and wanted to save those people and when you came back you did save them. Then wouldn't you not make a time machine to come back to change the past. It would be like coming back and brake up your parents from dating, you wouldn't exist to come back. etc.
