And The Noose Tightens On Brazzers

http://www.xbiz.com/news/119419

of particular note:
"Federal authorities say in the complaint that for three months last year Premium Services received $9.4 million in wire transfers from various sources and that much of the funds originated overseas in countries such as Israel, considered by law enforcement to be at high risk for money-laundering activity.

U.S. authorities claim that the funds in two accounts is forfeitable under 18 U.S.C. § 981 (a)(1)(A) as property involved in or traceable to a transaction in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1960, which prohibit?s unlicensed money-transmitting businesses.

The seizures have been hard for the Montreal-based company. Mansef says that the U.S. government has "significantly harmed" its operations when it seized millions that were used to facilitate vendor payments from third-party credit card processors. "

Affiliate payments pretty simple. They lost all that money and didnt miss a payment to an affiliate hey? Guess they are big enough to live without 6 million dollars seized. Guess that means they are making much bigger money hey?

That money was actually seized awhile ago now and they didn't miss any affiliate payouts.

The fact that they billed more than 9 Million in only 3 months should really spell out for you how much the noose is NOT tightening around their necks.

A little birdie told me the feds are also looking to lay "joe francis" type charges on more than 1 big tube net. The whole trend of giving away and hosting unlicensed, unverified , and possibly underaged content , might not look so promising.

so they seized 2 months worth of gross, thats a pretty big chunk, might not cripple most companies but it sure sends a clear message. "we want a chunk of your profits or we will make your life a living hell"

to be honest i have never heard of the site but the example seems flawed to begin with. Was the owner of justin.tv put in a cold jail cell in his undies while the guards taunted him ? if he was it would be a better example.

justin.tv 300 on alexa streams tv free for most shows if you ever want. A guy streamed his own suicide and allowed anyone to watch. The owner wasnt charged arrested or anything but provided the viewing vehicle for essentially a snuff film. Snuff being illegal in the US and this being a US site why isnt he in jail? Because he didnt use GFY lawyers.

I don't quite see the correlation between something justin.tv had no control over and something brazzers has control over but...

looks like the locals are wondering that is up as well. they lead some paranoid lives.

Residents of residential Bergerac III are worried. Since last fall, the private security guards driving SUVs with tinted windows monitor the area, 24 hours on 24, 7 / 7. Why? Nobody answered. Here is the first in a series of three articles published by the Courrier Laval.

Residents of residential Bergerac III are worried. Since last fall, the private security guards driving SUVs with tinted windows monitor the area, 24 hours on 24, 7 / 7. Why? Nobody answered. Here is the first in a series of three articles published by the Courrier Laval.
On 18 November, on Jean-Paul Sartre, at dusk. A dark Ford Explorer, with a plate F is parked outside a house, engine off, lights out. On the driver's seat, a silhouette profile.

For nearly five months, the residents of the neighborhood attend, powerless, the mysterious comings and goings of vehicles of a kind.
Similar Stories
"I am the first to have called the police," said a resident of the area who wishes to remain anonymous, like other citizens interviewed by the Courier Laval.
Their stories are consistent. The carousel they describe is disturbing. Most often, two, three, even four vehicles patrol the area, day and night.

Why do some of their neighbors, they need protection so important? This is the question they all ask with alarm.
Unanswered
"Often, they are parked on the street Simone de Beauvoir at the entrance of the development, said the same resident. I fear for the safety of my family. I have four children. "
One of his neighbors said they had located "four or five houses" that appear to be targeted by the guards in SUVs. "There are movements of people between the houses," he said. People were escorted to a house to another. "

A third citizen said that sometimes the visitors who go home are followed. It all started in October, "he recalls. "Many families have called police since. I even went to the headquarters. They tell us: "Do not worry." "

An answer that satisfies no one. District Councillor, Yvon Bromley, is also aware of the case, but no action was taken, provide the citizens questioned. Mr. Bromley did not return calls from Courrier Laval.
Mansef Productions
Two residents said they spoke with the driver of the mysterious vehicle. In both cases, the business card that they handed it bore the name of Mansef Productions. The company owns a network of pornographic sites. The thing does not reassure anyone.
At the Laval Police Department, is valid only for residents of the area hired private security guards. "According to information we have, people do not have to worry about," says Lt. Daniel Guerin, head of communications.

"The situation is unusual," he concedes, while says little about the information collected from individuals who hire these guards. "They were victims of threats and intimidation. They have also appealed to the Montreal police. "

Are these private track multiple houses? How? Investigators have they considered the activities in these houses? "We realized the comings and goings, we examined the issue in every sense," says Mr Guerin.

Nevertheless, SUVs are still circulating in the neighborhood, recently confirmed a resident.

Agent 488 04-07-2010 10:37 AM

Residents of Bergerac III Fabreville, are concerned about the suspicious movements in their neighborhood. The business of online pornography Mansef is at the heart of the mystery. Here is the second in a series of three articles published by the Courrier Laval on this matter.
The name Mansef Productions is on the business card of the mysterious private security guards of Bergerac III. It is also common among five houses in the neighborhood.

Mansef Productions is one of the names Mansef business, which disseminates pornography online, via the network of sites Brazzers.

Until October 2009, the four directors and Senior leader Mansef were installed within a radius of 600 meters on the streets Jean-Paul Sartre, Francois Rabelais and Pierre de Beaumarchais.

Two of the five heads of corporate leaders have sold their property at the end of 2009, if we go by the last annual return Mansef the Registrar of Québec businesses and recent updates to the Register of the City's property assessment.

Two vice-presidents and the leader would always reside in the neighborhood.
Pornhub & Co.
The simplicity of the homepage Mansef, which has a company specializing in Internet programming and content management systems on the Web, contrasts with the explicit content of sites from Brazzers.
The company is nevertheless a major content provider in the industry adult entertainment online.

Directors and Chief Mansef are also heads of 6721851 Canada inc., a company with several names business, and particularly Interhub Trafficjunky.

This last name refers to a network to which are directed potential buyers of advertising on hosting sites and video sharing for adults Pornhub, Tube8, and ExtremeTube KeezMovies.
Other links
Research by the Laval Email via who.is and Browser Defender, a tool for safety assessment of sites, shows the relationship between administrators and Mansef specific sites.
Thus, Matthew Keezer, director of Mansef already associated in the middle of pornography on the Internet at KeezMovies, is identified Heroteens. Both sites are part of the nebula Brazzers.

Mansef President, Wissam hahahahahahaha, is associated with brazzersnetwork.com. The Vice-President and Secretary of Mansef Stephane Manos is on him Contact sexinyourcity.com for a dating site for adults.

The Courrier Laval tried to join Mansef administrators, without success.

Agent 488 04-07-2010 10:37 AM

Residents of Bergerac III Fabreville, are concerned about the suspicious movements in their neighborhood. The business of online pornography Mansef is at the heart of the mystery. Here is the third in a series of three articles published by the Courrier Laval.
Whether or not this explains the need of the heads of Mansef to call in security guards since the fall, the company currently has legal problems of size in American soil.

A lawsuit was filed last February 2 in New York Southern District Court. She opposes Ventura Content, a major player in the porn industry, and to Mansef 6721851 Canada Inc., also known as business Interhub.

In his written complaint filed with the court, Ventura opposes the free distribution and not authorized by the two respondents, equipment sites hosting videos Porhhub network. The amount claimed is $ 6.75 million.
Seizure
On the other hand, opposes Mansef seizure of $ 6.4 million by officials of the United States Secret Service Organized Fraud Task Force, in two accounts on behalf of Premium Services, a company created in June 2009 by Mansef. The seizure took place around October 9, 2009.
According to the complaint filed by the U.S. State Court Northern District of Georgia Atlanta Division, on 1 December 2009, Premium Service had no permissions for the transactions it engaged.

Mansef and Premium Services asked the court to invalidate the seizure. Lawyers for both companies that refute Premium Services is a company of unauthorized transfers of funds.

The U.S. government meanwhile notes that 9.4 million have passed through the two accounts, among them opening day, July 27, and October 2, 2009. The sums were probably derived from sources related to money laundering, can be read in the court document.

a snuff film has sexual connotations, a suicide broadcast on the Internet is not even close to the same thing.

Broadcase suicide would not generally be considered a snuff film. :2 cents:

OK this may be a little off topic but this thread is all over the place anyway.

I am curious: How does the US govt. seize money transferred from Israel to Canada?

Edited to ad:

OK they were banking in the US so they could pay their US affiliates more easily. I get it now.
