Fuck you Blue Jays! Fuck you Rogers!

I am so fucking pissed at this incompetant piece of shit company that couldn't even build a team around the best pitcher on the face of the earth. There should be a 140 foot tall bronxe statue of this man overlooking Toronto harbour. Roy Halladay - who may have been the greatest athlete this shithole of a city has ever seen - had eight years of his career wasted with this pathetic organization.

Doc, I am so happy that you're finally with an organization that hired you to win championships; as opposed to the Blue Jays, who only kept you around because you were the one player they had who could bring people into the stadium.

Even the best pitcher in baseball couldn't pull that one off, though. While the Jays may have broken attendance records in the early nineties, tomorrow I can buy the cheapest ticket they sell, walk down to the first row and grab a seat. I found this out last year when I took my son to a game and they actually asked us to move down so it would look better for television. Fucking pathetic.

Fuck you, Rogers. Sell the team you useless pieces of shit. I am now a Phillies fan. The Blue Jays are dead to me.

But damn he looks good in that uniform.

i miss the old jays, and that new guy they hired as gm, is a dickwad, got rid of scutaro, and barajas, its not like they dont have money to spend on players, ny yankees spend money on players, and they win as a result of it.

I am a Phillie's fan and i went to the '93 World Series. I used to hate Joe Carter and the fucking Blue Jays. Now all I can say is that you Toronto for helping us build a dynasty. I just wish we were able to keep Cliff Lee.

I agree giving up Roy boy was shit but no way we can keep up with NY BOS spending. Basically we are a farm team for big market teams.

Sorry for the old bump, but I'm in the middle of a Roy Halliday lovefest. Rogers - the incompetant organization is question - did not own the Jays in 1992-1993. That's irrelevant.

Ted Rogers did not even like baseball. J.P. Ricciardi was a complete fucking joke of a GM. This year the Jays made strides with a limited budget. If Doc was pitching for the Jays, they probably would have grabbed the wild card spot from the Yankees this year - for about $145,000,000 less than the Yankee's payroll.

No-one can keep up with the Yankee's spending. Beat them - yes. Spend as much as them? No.
