Best way to HIDE traffic sources?

So with all the crackdowns by NA, ND and whoever else I think this is a good time to talk about masking traffic sources. Can any pros chime in what the best ways are? Simple meta refresh? Double meta refresh? Super ninja cloaking shiznit?

A really interesting question (to me at least) is, is there any way to "cloak" your affiliate link. For example you have whateverpaysite.com/join.php?pps=MYUSERNAME it would be nice to be able to format this link into something that is not recognizable. Any smart people in here?
