Simple: Don't shoot porn in countries where it is illegal. Don't do drugs, period (especially Class A (1) drugs). And, don't have an illegal firearm in your possession (in your home country or abroad, who knows what the history of that weapon may hold in store for you). These are 3 great ways to (1) stay out of jail and (2) enrich your life.

Not sure you understand what happened. He got set up by someone close to him. He did not get caught shooting nor was he "in the act" when the cops came. It would be the same as you took your photos on the other side of town, then when you went back to your hotel 10 miles away, the cops were waiting for you there because someone who worked for you ratted you out.

If they enter your property, you can kill them by any means possible. But if you kill them with an illegal firearm, you will still face possession of an illegal firearm. However, you will still be alive. I'd rather face a single firearm case than be dead. :2 cents:

I have all sorts of nasty shit in my crib to kill an intruder with. That is if they can even get into my place. A gun is the very last choice. What would happen is, I'd go after the guy with what I have and tell my girl that if I don't succeed within 30 seconds, shoot him as many times as she has to. She will not have any legal problems at all and is a hell of a shot. Out shoots me at the range every week. :(

I read the article you are referring to. The issue here is not whether porn is legal or illegal in some area.

The article talks about something which is always illegal (in all areas): "Having sex with a woman and not telling her she is on tape"

This issue is that he had sex with women, but he did not tell the women they were secretly being videotaped so that the content could be later sold for profit.

Could have been anyone. He got careless and didn't edit his videos correctly.
